Potential Tropical Cyclone Two was upgraded to Tropical Storm Bret Monday afternoon by the National Hurricane Center after an Air Force Hurricane Hunter aircraft identified a well-defined circulation. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) unveiled a new product Sunday afternoon with the initiation of advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone Two (formerly Invest 92L).
